"John is fantastic. I called around to a few other plumbing places for some mid-repair help. My water was off and I just ran into a situation I didn't know what to do with on my toilet's water supply valve. John gave me some advice and helped me troubleshoot my situation. Luckily, we figured out it wasn't as bad as I thought, and I had it fixed by the end of the day. John is definitely my go-to from here on out for plumbing repairs.
