"John installed our water heater about 1.5 years ago and when it recently started leaking, he was able to come check it out the same day I called. He showed up at the time he said he would, and he was able to quickly identify the problem. He had to replace a pipe and did it completely free of charge! He had our water heater up and running again in less than an hour. I tried giving him a tip for coming out and getting everything done so quickly and cleanly, but he would not accept it. A while after he left, I noticed more dripping; called John and he was back at my house again within 15 minutes to make sure the water heater was not defective. It ended up being left over water from the original leak, but John waited around for a while to make sure nothing else was going on with it. He could have charged us service fees for making two trips but he did not. We even tried giving him a tip for the second time, but again, John refused it. Hansen Plumbing will without a doubt be our first choice when it comes to any plumbing repairs we may need in the future. John seems to know what it means to take care of the customer. Honest, fast, genuine and friendly service. We highly recommend him to anyone looking for exceptional plumbing work to be done."
