"Today, 8-1-23, needed to remove and replace an old toilet in my Mother’s bathroom in Fayetteville, AR. My Mom is 92. I’m the daughter and live in Minnesota. Contacted Hansen Plumbing this morning. They came out this afternoon, removed and replaced toilet. They were professional, friendly, respectful, with upfront pricing. They did an excellent job. Everyone is happy. We highly recommend their services."

"We had a tenant with a leaking water heater , and was out of hot water. John was the only plumber that answered his phone at 10:00 pm on a Friday night and he was not an answering service which I appreciate. He was able to come out Saturday (I was going to have to wait until Monday with other 24 hour service people). He came out when he said he would and replaced the water heater and my tenants were able to take a hot shower again. He also let me text him pictures of the water heater and walked us through turning off the water until he could get there. Also suggested we hook a hose up to it to drain it . I would defiantly use him again.Thank you John"
