"I first met John back in June 2020, when I found out I was going to have to move my salon to a new location in downtown Fayetteville. Let me just say that it ALL comes down to the plumbing when you’re opening a salon! The building I was hoping to move into was so old and had old plumbing and not a lot of options, so it wasn’t looking good at first. John literally saved the day! He found a way to drill into the sheet rock between my salon suite and the building’s kitchen, for my shampoo bowls and I was blown away, he made the impossible possible and got it done within a couple of days. I signed the lease and began the remodeling process for the rest of the unit! I’ve since called on John many times for my home as well. He’s fast, he’s professional, extremely friendly, knowledgeable, reliable and his prices are extremely fair! Hands down John Hansen is the best plumber in northwest Arkansas."

My water was off and I just ran into a situation I didn't know what to do with on my toilet's water supply valve. John gave me some advice and helped me troubleshoot my situation.
