"John was so kind and walked me through problem with frozen cold line for washer. I turned on washer and felt cold water then went totally hot water. I really thought I might have made a problem worse. He explained what to disconnect and use space heater. After two hours water was running. No burst pipe! He took the time to listen, stay on the line and guide me through. We have used Hansen before. They are always timely, stay in touch and let you know they will show up. This was different because, he took time, when he didn't have to and said call him back and he would be there to help. He was there for us. His kindness and support is above and beyond any company I have ever used!"

"I called asking about coming out to fix some frozen pipes. I explained the issue and they told me they could come out at noon. About 20 minutes later he called me again and asked more questions and walked me through what I could do in the house to possibly fix it myself. I was able to text him pictures and he helped me get my water working again all over the phone! Very kind and patient man just wanting to help."

I called several other companies and all I got was gatekeepers telling me they didn’t know when they could get to it. When I called Hansen, John himself answered and actually walked me through the fix over the phone. Highly recommend John!!"

"I needed a gas heater installed in our greenhouse. Called up Hansen showed up with an estimate in one day. Called them the next day and they showed up the following day and did the install in one morning. But the new heater I bought was defective. I went and got another heater and Hansen showed up the very next morning and reinstalled the newer new heater
