"I had major leak in the supply water line. I called Hansen Plumbing and John came out and assessed immediately. He told me that he would bring his crew out the following day. I will say he was prompt and what is important, he explained what needed to be done and showed me what the issue was. John and his crew fixed the problem , cleaned up, and we're done in a little over one day's work. He was upfront about everything. The important thing for me is his communication to me as his customer, the accuracy of his assessment, and the knowledge he has in fixing my plumbing. His care and concern are exemplary. His work and clean up indicate the quality of his work. I am very pleased and recommend this man without reservation."
