"We had a tenant with a leaking water heater , and was out of hot water. John was the only plumber that answered his phone at 10:00 pm on a Friday night and he was not an answering service which I appreciate. He was able to come out Saturday (I was going to have to wait until Monday with other 24 hour service people). He came out when he said he would and replaced the water heater and my tenants were able to take a hot shower again. He also let me text him pictures of the water heater and walked us through turning off the water until he could get there. Also suggested we hook a hose up to it to drain it . I would defiantly use him again. Thank you John"

"John and Cody replaced a commode, fixed a gas leak and installed a recirculating pump and a faucet. They communicated well and were attentive to my preferences. I look forward to my next plumbing issue when I can have them return! "
