"We are a first time customer and couldn't be more pleased. I contacted John early in the morning when I broke the handle off of my kitchen faucet. I sent him pictures of the broken part and he was able to tell from the photo that we would need a new faucet. I went and purchased the faucet with some advice from him. His crew was out by noon to install the new faucet. They were friendly and professional and did a great job. We will be using them in the future for any plumbing issues."
